I found the staff helpful. They responded quickly when I inquired about parking before my stay. The room had a great view of the cathedral. I appreciated the large car park because many hotels in this area have limited parking.
The function on Saturday night created noise because my room was above the event space. I could hear a lot of activity after the function finished and I was trying to sleep. I mentioned this at check-out, but I didn't feel heard.

The hotel is across the street from the Cathedral. I had a great view of it from my room. The staff were very polite and efficient. The buffet breakfast had a really good selection.
The bar was not always staffed. Sometimes it took a while to find someone to get a drink.

The staff were helpful. They quickly addressed requests. my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. breakfast was really good. There was a huge variety of choices available to suit every dietary requirement!!!
